Avani Hotels & Resorts are preparing to open two new properties in Australia by spring 2020. The properties are situated in Melbourne and Adelaide. The chain expects no less in terms of success from the upcoming hotels as well.
Avani Adelaide Residences were scheduled to open in October and features 76 suites and studios. Special facilities include a heated pool, cinema, library. A gym with steam rooms and sauna and a golf simulator. Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences consist of 75 spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, a chef style kitchen. Added luxuries at this Box Hill hotel entail a heated infinity pool, on-site sauna and views of the Dandenong Range. Earlier this year, it was said that the brand would be opening 5 more hotels this year with 15 in the line-up.
