An array of new, luxurious facilities have been recently introduced to increase bookings from European market sectors to Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara for the year 2016. One of the most celebrated 5-star Doha Hotels, the island resort offers facilities for wellness and indulgence. Whilst the new facilities were conceptualized with the aim of attracting new European markets, bookings for 2016 have already been forecasted at a high for the resort.
Some of the new facilities intended to draw in high end leisure travellers include a wellness centre, one of the largest recorded in the Middle East, featuring a unique Dead Sea float pool, weight loss courses and infra-red sauna. The sanctuary resort island setting off the coastline of Doha is a mere 20 minute ferry ride from Al Shyoukh Terminal, making it popular among luxury travellers who want to escape from the city.
