Bodu Eid Festival 2019 – Celebrations of Bodu Eid attracts visitors from all around

Followed by the Hajj celebrations, the Maldives islands were noticeably filled with visitors from all over the world to celebrate Bodu Eid Festivals in August 2019. Although the celebrations are known to be Eid ul Aadha by the locals of the country, Bodu Eid is the name known by people world-wide and for most of them, the celebrations serve a religious pilgrimage purpose.

Many people from the Western countries visited the islands to witness the uncommon traditions and rituals held here.
