Brisbane City Hall Tours Continue – Explore a Captivating Heritage-Listed Building

Begun at the end of May, Brisbane City Hall tours are continuing this month in Queensland’s capital giving visitors a chance to explore and gain insights into this distinctive attraction. The free tours of this heritage-listed building, located within easy reach of Bowen Hills apartments at properties such as Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites, start at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 1:30 pm and run for around 45 minutes; it is suitable for all ages though there will staircases to climb too.

Constructed between 1920 and 1930, Brisbane City Hall is known for its striking neo-classical exterior as well as its impressive high ceilings and stained-glass windows. Those on the tour will get to learn more about the history of the building and Brisbane at the time. Amongst the highlights of this site is the auditorium that has been inspired by the Pantheon in Rome and a pipe organ with over 4,000 pipes.
