Busiest summers ever – Emirates flies over 14 million passengers 

Emirates, the largest international airline in the world, has concluded one of its busiest summer seasons, ferrying more than 14 million passengers with average seat occupancy surpassing 80% across its global network from June to August. An analysis of upcoming months reveals consistent demand for travel throughout Emirates’ network. Remarkably, Destination Dubai continued to be a favourite among travellers, even during the summer months, with two million passengers heading to the airline’s hub to enjoy its year-round attractions and events.

For the upcoming winter season, the airline anticipates a surge in travel demand to Dubai due to the city’s schedule filled with global conferences, world-class sporting events, and more. Hotel suites in Dubai at popular properties like Oaks Liwa Heights have already been booked as well by winter season travellers.
