Cire at Alila Villas Uluwatu recently hosted a dining event that gave wine connoisseurs a chance to sample the exquisite Balinese wine of Cantine Balita, paired perfectly with a gourmet dinner. The resort which features Bali luxury villas hosted this special dining experience on 13th June, 2015 overseen by Stephane Simond, a French national who is the Executive Chef here. Apart from a five-course meal that consisted of gourmet dishes, patrons had the chance to savour Isola Cerasuolo and Isola Rose wines which brought out the flavours of the food on offer. A highlight of this dining event was the fact that Cantine Balita wines were served which are known for its premium value in taste including special wines made utilising Italian grapes that have been cultivated on the island. Cantine Balita is a boutique vineyard which can be found in North Bali’s, Seririt hills.
