The number of Chinese tourists that visited Malaysia in 2018 was almost a staggering 3 million in comparison to the 2.2 million that visited the country in 2017. The Deputy Minister of Tourism concluded that the visitors from China, India, and Korea formed the majority of the visitors travelling into Malaysia in 2018.
The increase in the number of tourists is said to be due to the airline seat offers and new routes by airlines. Malaysia has always been a tourist destination and with every part of the country slowly catching up, such as Sepang, hotels in Malaysia the likes of Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort also tend to get some of the limelight.
