A popular event for bikers not only in Thailand but from other parts of the world as well, the annual Burapa Bike Week was successfully held last month in Pattaya. Beach resort and hotel options abound in this part of Thailand, and this special event no doubt became a tourist attraction as well. From 14th to 16th February, this Thai city became a hub for bikers who gathered together, sharing their love for bikes and enjoying lots of music and entertainment. The main events took place from 14th to 16th February at the Chaiyaphruek Stadium, within 20 minutes from Avani Pattaya Resort.
The money raised during Burapa Bike Week in Pattaya is used to help various charities including homes and hostels for children. Those who attended also got to listen to live music performances; highlights included Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal who was a Guns N’ Roses guitarist (2006 – 2014), Mud Pie South and The Electric Stones.
