Longevity meets luxury in the heart of the Hudson Valley.
Clinique La Prairie will debut its first U.S. location in 2028 with the launch of a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie at the new One&Only Hudson Valley resort. This exclusive 21-acre destination, developed by Nolan Reynolds International, will feature 61 keys and residences, neighbouring the renowned Culinary Institute of America for a unique blend of wellness and gastronomy.
This marks the brand’s second partnership with Kerzner International, following the opening of their Dubai hub. CEO Simone Gibertoni envisions the Hudson Valley site as a flagship for longevity-focused hospitality in the U.S., aligning with Clinique La Prairie’s goal of establishing 50 global hubs.
Known for its science-based approach to wellness, the Swiss brand has expanded worldwide, including city-based centres in Madrid, Bangkok, and Taipei. Each location, whether a health resort or skin care clinic, is designed to deliver holistic care rooted in longevity, prevention, and rejuvenation.
