Dubai cuts 30% Tax on Alcoholic Beverages – Your favourite beverages are now more

Dubai takes steps to further increase its appeal as a tourist destination by implementing strategies that make life in this emirate more liberal than it has ever been before. Dubai has suspended the 30% tax that was imposed on alcohol and further reduced the licence fee for hotels near Burj Khalifa and other bars and restaurants. This relax in taxation became effective in the month of January this year.

Prices of alcohol in stores and hotels like Anantara Downtown Dubai have reflected the reduction of tax for their pricing for beverages as well. This is the perfect move to invite more tourists and expatriates to enjoy the luxurious services available in Dubai. Guests can now enjoy their favourite beverages while paying less. This is sure to increase the number fo visitors to rooftop bars in the emirate as well making it a sought-after experience.
