While the Dubai Metro provides hassle-free access to key sightseeing and business sites, it has also taken steps to enhance the travel experience for locals and tourists alike. For example, in August this year, due to an influx of visitors, it extended the hours of operation; from 22nd to 24th August, trains ran from 5:00 am until 2:00 am the next day giving travellers a chance to enjoy nightlife and exploration well into the night.

More recently, Dubai Metro hosted a free music festival from 21st to 27th September 2024, featuring musicians from the UAE and around the world. Providing fun entertainment on journeys across the city to visit Dubai tourist attractions, these daily performances took place from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at several metro stations including those at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall and DMCC. Travellers based at properties like NH Collection Dubai The Palm can easily make use of the local metro in the months to come and enjoy other initiatives in store that make exploring this metropolis such a joy.
