The Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai launched its inaugural report for Dubai’s Gastronomy Industry, where a comprehensive study was carried out to reposition Dubai as a global destination for food tourism. More than 100 restaurant owners, key stakeholders in food and beverages, and culinary specialists attended the event to share their views on the industry expansion. This event played a vital role in Dubai’s aim to strengthen the city’s growing food and beverage market of more than 13,000 cafes and restaurants.
