“Sheerios”, the name fondly given to fans of Ed Sheeran, have much to look forward to as the English singer-songwriter will be returning to the Thai capital in 2019. The concert is set to take place on 28th April at the city’s largest sports stadium, the 49,000 capacity Rajamangala National Stadium. Located within 30 minutes from Avani Atrium Bangkok, the venue is easy to reach for fans staying at such Bangkok city hotels.
Ed Sheeran last performed in Bangkok in November 2017and fans will once again have the chance to enjoy some of his much-loved hits. His first album Plus (+) was released in 2011 and featured hits like “Lego House” and “The A Team”. The second album Multiply (x) spawned such favourites as “Thinking Out Loud”, while his last album Divide (÷) in 2017 was another huge success; the hit song “Shape of You” from this album was number one for 12 non-consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100.
