Held on a larger scale than previous editions, Food & Hotel Malaysia 2019 came to an end last month in the Malaysian capital. It ran from 24th to 27th September at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, within easy reach of Travelodge City Centre and similar centrally located hotels in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Featuring more than 1,500 participating companies that could be found over 10 exhibition halls, the event was key for those in the food & beverage and hospitality industries.
A variety of technical seminars and cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs as well as a conference programme were also a part of Food & Hotel Malaysia 2019. Other highlights included Culinaire Malaysia 2019 which was a competition for chefs, a special Agricultural Pavilion, the In4Tec Food Innovation Conferences, a business matching programme (B2B) and new product launches.
