Food Japan 2019 Held This Month
Celebrating Japanese Cuisine
Putting the spotlight on Japanese cuisine, Food Japan 2019 was held in Singapore from 31st October to 1st November. It was billed as the largest dedicated showcase in ASEAN on food and beverage from Japan and was hosted at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre; the venue which is close to Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Singapore is a popular choice for such events and is within easy reach of Singapore apartments and hotels in the city.
Apart from cuisine, Food Japan also featured various culinary techniques, ingredients and equipment along with expert demonstrations. The event gave those who participated a chance to network and meet key buyers, launch new products and gain information on industry developments. The Ise Foods Tamatein Workshop, Sake Dessert Pairing and Understanding the Art of Japanese Sake were among the special programmes at Food Japan 2019.
