The Zambian government announced that it would be launching a K30 million youth empowerment programme in order to aid and inspire artistes all across the nation. This countrywide movement is expected to launch in Lusaka soon. According to President Edgar Lungu, the economy of Zambia has suffered greatly at the hands of the worldwide COVID-19 Pandemic. The K30m is set to be launched under the supervision of the National Arts Council.
