Growth of the Mozambique tourism sector

Making Mozambique a reference destination at a regional and international level, the tourism sector of the country has seen a major increase in tourist arrivals to the country over the past few years as per the statistics. Due to this increase, the authorities say, the number of Mozambique holiday resorts and even travel agencies have gradually increased and eventually, this has resulted in more people receiving more job opportunities in the hospitality sector which is great news for the Mozambique economic stability aspect as well.

To strengthen the tourism sector of the country many players the likes of Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort have already made their fullest cooperation and at the opening of the 8th edition of the Mozambique International Tourism Fair, each and every key player of the industry was given special thanks with gratitude by the officials who were present at the occasion.
