Hoi An Named by CNN As One of the World’s Most Romantic Places to Visit

In a recently published list by CNN, the charming Vietnamese city of Hoi An was named amongst 13 destinations as “The world’s most romantic places”. Located in the country’s central coast, this charming city has much to offer; from intimate getaways at resorts or hotels in Hoi An including properties such as Anantara Hoi An Resort to adventures in the old town which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

As highlighted by CNN, while Hoi An has grown in popularity and attracted more visitors, it still offers a romantic atmosphere; couples wandering around the old town will come across everything from age-old pedestrian bridges, canals and temples to a great many colourful lanterns that lend to this enchanting setting. Apart from Hoi An, other destinations mentioned on the list included the Maldives, Tuscany, Paris,Hawaii and Quebec City.
