Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali Renewed The HACCP Certification – A Testament To Stringent Quality Standards

In recognition for its stringent protocols and procedures regarding food production and preparation, Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali had its HACCP Certification renewed recently. The property which is one of the leading Bali family resorts in the region initially garnered this prestigious certification in 2011, the first time such a certification was received in Bali. This current renewal is a testament to the Food Safety Management System currently practiced at the resort which maintains high standards. A process control system that focuses on identifying and averting hazards in the production of food, even at a microbial level, the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point or HACCP is a globally accepted system. Prior to receiving this certification, Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali had to undergo a comprehensive analysis and an audit of its procedures related to food including storage, procurement, cooking, consumption and distribution. The testing was conducted by PT. TUV Nord Indonesia, an accreditation body based in Germany.
