Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge 2015 to be held in August, Maldives for the 11th Time

The Hotel Asia Exhibition and International Culinary Challenge 2015 will be held from the 23rd to the 26th of August 2015. The event which is held annually is endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism Maldives along with the Sri Lanka- Maldives Bilateral Business Council and the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka.

Held for the 11th consecutive time the event is a platform for industry professionals and suppliers to network. The competitions will be judged by a star studded panel of judges such as Alan Palmer who will be the Chief judge along with the likes of Otto Weibel and Thomas Gugler.
