Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge 2017 – Promoting Promising Talent

The Maldives’ single largest event focusing on the hospitality sector, culinary creations and other related business sectors, the Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge 2017 concluded on 20th September 2017. Celebrating its 13th successful edition, the event provided an excellent forum and a constructive platform for local and international representatives and stakeholders of the industry. Known for its spectacular sceneries and a wide range of accommodation options, be it a luxury hotel or Maldives beach resort including names such as Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives, this stunning vacation destination is a popular choice for many. Apart from the exhibition, the International Culinary Challenge 2017 commenced on the 18th of September welcoming participants from all the hotels, restaurants, resorts and food and beverage providers. An incredible opportunity to display culinary talents and services to visitors, the International Culinary Challenge focused on promoting skills and abilities of chefs in the industry.
