The year 2019 ended in style for Sri Lankan tourism with Hotel Show Colombo which was organized by Ceylon Hotel School Graduates Association (CHSGA). The event was held at the BMICH and experts say that this could surely bring back hopes and dreams on Sri Lankan tourism on a mega scale. Although bouncing back despite all obstacles looked like an impossibility, Hotel Show 2019 had been a great platform to instill the confidence back again in the hearts of all stakeholders.
Not being limited to Colombo hotel chains and other tourism promoting events in its suburbs, this event also focussed its discussions on every hotel in Kalutara, Sri Lanka and highlighted the importance of improving quality aspects in all of them. Hotels such as Mermaid Hotel & Club are already contributing to the tourism sector of Sri Lanka, and it is a proven fact that all the discussions do not only center around Colombo and its suburbs all the time.
