HR Tech Interactive 2017, Malaysia – Annual Invitation-only one-day Event

The HR Tech Interactive 2017, Asia’s most innovative conference was held for the 3rd consecutive year at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia on the 12th of September 2017. This was produced by Heather Ang and arranged by Human Resources and the topic for this year’s conference was on “managing HR in the age of digital disruption.”

More than hundred people attended this conference which was held at a popular hotel in Kuala Lumpur and it kick-started with a keynote presentation by Dr Hari Narayanan, Managing Director of Motorola Solutions Malaysia. He stated that “From the rewards point of view, our pay grade and salaries, everything is published on Converage. Nothing is secretive – that’s the kind of culture we are creating in Motorola.” The director of strategic client engagement Ashley Narayanan spoke on the challenges and trends big data and AI in HR is facing.
