Inaugural OEW Leaves a Lasting Impression in Singapore – Looking at the Forefront of Gaming Events

Singapore has recently hosted the inaugural Olympic Esports Week, beginning with the OEW Forum, which hosted industry leaders in the gaming, sports, and technology industries – making a memorable and groundbreaking week for the participants and audience. Much skill was shown in and amongst fierce competition, featuring such games and disciplines as Virtual Table Tennis, Street Fighter 6, Rocket League, and more.

The public also had the chance to use the free-to-play zones available at the convention centre over the week – while many families of the participants came to support their loved ones. To this end, many accommodations and hospitality partners such as the lyf Farrer Park Singapore were available to provide such things as a two-bedroom apartment in Singapore for any in need of residency during the event.
