Indonesia waives visa requirements for 30 countries – good news for holiday-makers waiting to explore the isle

The government of Indonesia waived off visa requirements for 30 countries last June, allowing more tourist arrivals to the country. Travellers of these particular countries have the chance to stay in Indonesia for 30 days free of charge without having to apply for visa. It is believed that the new regulations will increase the number of holiday makers visiting Bali. Such increase will create the need for more accommodation options and visitors to the country could consider staying at a featured Bali beach resort such as Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa. Some of the countries that were added to the previous list that consisted of 15 countries are the United States, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Russia, South Africa, Germany and Italy. The Indonesian government plans to attract close to 11 million tourists through the new visa-free policy.
