InterContinental Bali Resort Scoops Ten Exciting New Flavours in its Gelato Wellness Collection

Providing guests more opportunities to stay healthy and enjoy a delicious treat as well, InterContinental Bali Resort has introduced 10 new flavours to its gelato wellness collection. Partnering with Gelato Secrets, this luxury hotel Bali has to offer is serving these premium gelatos and sorbettos at two of its onsite dining venues, Sunset Beach Bar & Grill and Jimbaran Gardens. These all natural, gluten-free products are part of the wellness collection that caters to guests in search of nutritious desserts and for those who have an allergy to soya, eggs or nuts or intolerance to lactose. Among the new flavours are the vegan friendly strawberry rice milk, bamboo charcoal with organic vanilla, red dragon fruit cinnamon and honey-roasted pineapple mint, while plain, strawberry and blueberry yogurts are also on offer. Another unique feature is the fact that many of these gelatos have their own signature Balinese flavours with indigenous spices and fruits being utilised.
