Islands of Dubai Highlighted by Time Out – Diverse Destinations with Much to Offer

While Dubai in the UAE is known as a cosmopolitan and modern city, it is also home to several artificial islands off its coast; this was highlighted by Time Out Dubai on 15th August 2023 which focused on both the famous and lesser-known of these destinations including those where one could stay at a Dubai island resort. On its list were the likes of the World Islands that have been created to resemble the continents of the world on a map; here, travellers can look forward to staying at luxury properties such as Anantara World Islands Dubai Resort located on a private island.

Another key island mentioned by Time Out Dubai was the Palm Jumeirah, comprising artificial islands that have been shaped to form a palm tree; here too, one will find luxury accommodation as well as plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Also of note were Jumeirah Bay Island and Bluewaters Island, home to the largest observation wheel in the world, Ain Dubai. Meanwhile, Dubai Islands and Jebel Ali Islands are being developed as well and will add to the enthralling selection of islands here.
