Maitria Brand Revamps Hygiene & Safety Protocols – Health of Guests a Priority

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Maitria Hotels & Residences brand has introduced stringent new hygiene and safety protocols. These initiatives will be followed at each of its properties which include some of the top hotels in Bangkok. While these protocols are in place to help ensure the health and wellbeing of guests, they serve to protect the staff as well.

These practices have been designed following the guidance and guidelines put forth from the Ministry of Health as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO). They include disinfection of critical touch points on an hourly basis and special deep cleaning procedures performed regularly too. Having hand sanitisers in all areas of the property, implementing rigorous hand hygiene procedures, providing disposable gloves and face masks for employees and spreading out seating at dining venues are amongst the initiatives being followed.
