Maldives aims to pull in 1.5m tourists in 2016- Exclusive tourist destination

The Visit Maldives Year 2016 campaign was launched together with Maldives Tourism and the Maldives Marketing & PR Promotion recently. The said campaign is an initiative to strengthen the travel and tourism industry of the Maldives Islands and attract 1.5 million visitors by the end of year 2016. Many tourists travel to the island each year and find accommodation atMaldives luxury resorts including PER AQUUM Huvafen Fushi. The country offer travellers stunning beaches, wedding venues as well as plenty of water sport activities. The newly launched marketing campaign will feature activities that help promote the country as an exclusive tourist destination.
