Expo 2020 was commenced in October, and this global event will go till the end of March 2022. It happens in Dubai, UAE and nearly 200 countries around the world will take part in this global event. Visit Maldives is also taking part in this event to promote the Maldives as a tourist-friendly and safe destination.
From October to November 2021, Visit Maldives also took measures to promote the Maldives on 384 screens in Dubai Mall. This was a visibility campaign done in order to grab the attention of travellers from all around the world and encourage them to visit the Maldives soon. In Maldives, things to do are aplenty and this was what was mainly included in the visibility campaign. Along with these authentic experiences, they also showcased the hospitality services offered by resorts such as Milaidhoo Island Maldives in the form of short videos through this visibility campaign.
