Maldives Still Favourite Among Chinese Tourists – Consistently the Best

An online poll conducted by the Chinese Xinhua news agency revealed that the Maldives holds a predominant spot on the travel lists of Chinese tourists. Voters were asked to choose their favourite island destinations and Maldives undoubtedly was among the top twenty favoured locations. The news agency made the announcement in mid- October 2015 after making the survey available to the public in June 2015. The results were supposedly evaluated before the announcement was made public at the 2015 International Islands Tourism Conference in east China’s Zhejiang Province.
