Maldives will offer COVID jab to the tourists – New Vaccine Vacations!

The Maldives which is a country dependent on the travel and tourism sector had to face huge losses during the COVID 19 pandemic. The country started accepting international tourists in 2020 itself much before other countries even had thought of it, and currently is getting slow, but gradual numbers of tourist arrivals. Every luxury resort in Maldives the likes of Heritance Aarah Maldives is now open for guests and operates under severe and strict health and safety regulations.

The government has recently decided to promote the ‘Vaccine Vacations’ concept among travellers who come to the country. This program will vaccinate the travellers and then let them enjoy the country freely, with a fewer barriers. However, this will only be implemented after the entire population of the Maldives is covered by the vaccination program.
