Michelin Starred Dinner at Cantaloupe Aqua – A Glamorous Event of Cuisine Extraordinaire!

It was quite spectacular event when world-famous Chef Richard Toix joined the premier Sri Lankan hospitality brand, Cantaloupe Hotels to host 2 fabulous dinners and a brunch that was held at Cantaloupe Aqua, a unique getaway among Galle hotels.

The 2 dinners were held on the 31st December 2015 & 2nd January 2016 while the brunch was held on the 3rd January 2016 featuring live entertainment by celebrated Jazz and Blues singer, Jerome Speldewinde.

Chef Richard Toix from Michelin Star is renowned for turning out spectacular fusion food cuisine that has led to many awards including a Large Table Award by Chateaux and Hotels Collection by Alain Ducasse, Michelin Bib Gourmand to name a few.
