The Danish pop band, MLTR also known as Michael Learns To Rock, renowned for their lavish stage shows, performed in Sri Lanka on the 18th of May, 2017. The concert took place at the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre (SLECC), which is in close proximity to several luxury apartments in Sri Lanka such as the looming Capitol TwinPeaks. MLTR have garnered 11 million album sales globally since their debut album in 1991.The event saw a massive crowd witness the “greatest hits” from this band that’s far away from the little island. Famed for “Blue Night” and many more hits, the band which came together in 1988, unleashed a wave of some good music as they performed. It’s notable that the last tour undertaken by MLTR to the country was back in 2004.
