Nature And Wildlife Become Sri Lanka’s Major Tourist Draw – Sri Lankan Treasures

At a time where Sri Lanka strives to re-enter its major tourist markets in the world after the COVID 19 pandemic, the Sri Lanka Tourism Alliance has declared that the major tourist draws to the country come from nature and wildlife. According to statistics, Sri Lanka is only second to Africa in terms of wildlife and biodiversity, and this has to be promoted globally before anything else on the island!

The Alliance believes that the government should come into long-term policies to create more value for these treasures in the future. Tourists who stay at properties like Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and other similar Bentota hotels also have the chance to explore nature and wildlife at places such as Kalu Ganga. Other popular wildlife spots in Sri Lanka include Yala, Minneriya, and the Kumana Bird Park.
