In early 2020, the world’s first Thai Carnival Theme Park “Carnival Magic” will be officially opened in Phuket delighting the Thai local community as well as the whole world. This is a result of a huge investment of over $160 million made over 40 acres with the strategic vision of making Thailand an exciting tourist destination.
Among the major parties to benefit by this investment are the Phuket resort chains, travel agents and also the local business communities whose main source of income is directly or indirectly linked with Thai Tourism. As this new Carnival Park is expected to attract over 01 million tourists per year, hotels the likes of Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas have also been advised to make necessary arrangements to improve their options and services to cater to the large expected demand.
