Olive Festival 2023: Celebrating the Grandeur 

The bi-annual Olive Festival held its second edition on the 7th and 8th of October at Old Mission, San Jose. Organised by the Mission San Jose Chamber of Commerce, the event provided a platform for olive enthusiasts to mingle, with producers being able to display the finest olive oils and other olive-based products to the visitors.

The event was one with gourmet meals and other interesting dishes, accompanied by music and activities perfectly complementary to one another. Beyond the culinary delights, the festival hosts an interesting artisan marketplace. Here, you can explore and purchase unique handmade crafts, from olive wood carvings to pottery and jewellery. It’s a chance to take home a piece of the festival’s charm. Those who were in town for the event flew in earlier so as to enjoy the city, and were seen setting up camp at Silicon Valley hotels along the likes of The Domain Hotel Sunnyvale.
