Park Hotel Kyoto to Open Soon – New Opportunities for PHG

Expected to open in early 2021, Park Hotel Kyoto is the latest property of the Park Hotel Group (PHG). As part of its launch, this Kyoto hotel is featuring special opening offers amongst its online hotel deals for those looking to stay here when it’s ready to welcome guests. Home to 114 rooms and two suites, the property has a restaurant, bar and 24-hour fitness room and is close to attractions like Nijo Castle and the Kyoto Imperial Palace.

The Singapore-based PHG acquired this boutique hotel as part of a joint venture with Apricot Capital. It is the upscale Park Hotel brand’s first property in Japan, though the group’s luxury Grand Park brand already has a property in the country, namely Grand Park Otaru in Hokkaido. With the domestic hotel market mostly dominated by local brands, this new property offers travellers a chance to experience something different too.
