Pixar and Star Wars Themed Events at Tokyo Disneyland – The Force is Strong in Japan!

An announcement that is bound to leave fans both young and old in eager anticipation, Tokyo Disneyland will be featuring two special events themed after Star Wars and animated Pixar favourites. These events will be launched in the upcoming months and those planning on catching all the fun and excitement can look to stay at Tokyo serviced apartments within easy reach of this popular theme park such as Somerset Shinagawa Tokyo.

Coinciding with this year’s release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the ‘Feel the Force!’ event will begin on December 15th and is scheduled to run up to March 19th, 2018. Highlights include updates to the existing Star Tours: The Adventures Continue and new merchandise going on sale. Animated movie fans can look forward to ‘Pixar Playtime’ at Tokyo DisneySea; the event which launches on January 11th, 2018 (till March 19th, 2018) will feature exciting games, themed booths and a chance to meet beloved characters; these include Woody and Buzz from Toy Story, Mike and Sulley from Monsters Inc., Remy from Ratatouille and Lighting McQueen from Cars.
