Pockets of opportunities arising in Malaysia – An uncertain property sector?

A quickly developing property sector in Malaysia has shown that the local property market managed to hold up pretty well towards the end of 2018, and more improvement is expected in 2019.  Different regions of Malaysia are bringing about pockets of opportunities, such as Penang, Johor Bahru, Klang Valley, and Kota Kinabalu.

Despite the recent change in government, international agencies and foreign investments continue in Malaysia. The industrial sector is set to show favourable growth, whilst the office and retail markets may face a few challenges.
