Australia’s flag carrier airline, Qantas, recently announced that it would be resuming flights to the Indonesian island of Bali this summer. The peak travel season in summer which is between December and January will see flights linking the New South Wales capital, Sydney with Bali’s capital Denpasar. This will be the first time that Qantas will be offering regular flights to the island since 2008 and the airline carrier will look to tap into the popularity of Bali as a holiday destination amongst Australians. To cater to this demand, the island offers a wide range of accommodation options ranging from a beach hotel to a Bali surf resort such as Anantara bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa. There will be a total of 33 return service flights offered weekly by Qantas to Bali with fares covering food & beverage, in-flight entertainment and checked baggage allowance.
