Qitcom 2019 Launches this Month

The Qatar IT Conference and Exhibition or Qitcom is all set to begin this month and will be held under the theme “Safe Smart Cities”. The event is scheduled to take place from 29th October to 1st November 2019 at the Qatar National Convention Centre; those attending and looking for Doha hotels within easy reach of the venue can consider options like Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara.

Organised by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Qitcom 2019 will feature around 300 exhibitors as well as many startups, industry experts and policy-makers. The event will also have a special Entrepreneurship Zone offering insights into digital entrepreneurship as well as providing a valuable platform for networking. Other highlights at Qitcom include a CodeCamp competition for software developers and computer programmers and “Make the Deal” that matches investors and start-ups.
