Queen’s Birthday Celebrations

Long Live The Queen! There is one day in Thailand when this saying is said stronger than ever in the hearts of its people and that is on the 12th of August, the birthday of Queen Sirikit, Thailand’s reigning queen. She is adored by her people so much that this day was declared as Thailand’s National Mother’s Day. Queen Sirikit is the consort of Bhumibol Adulyadej, world’s longest-reigning head of state.
