Queenstown Gardens recently put on a lively atmosphere when the 11th anniversary celebrations of the SkyCity Gibbston Food & Wine Festival were held at the premises recently. The grand festivities catered to the whole family with a line-up of entertainment activities targeted at kids and adults alike. The event was a success with winemakers and chefs from the area displaying their talents to an eager entourage of visitors. The kids’ area too was alive with the little ones enjoying the bouncy castle and face painting throughout the day while their parents sampled sumptuous food and wine.
Guests were allowed to bring their own picnic baskets but the food and beverages on offer surpassed expectations of even the most conscientious of critics. If you would like to witness similar festivities in Gibbston in future the best option would be to book a Queenstown ski resort. The area offers a range of accommodation options to pick from such as the Oaks Club Resort.
