Shangri-La’s ‘One Galle Face’ To Be Completed By End 2017 – Awaiting a Premier Integrated Lifestyle Destination

In what is set to be a complete integrated lifestyle destination, One Galle Face owned by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts is set to be fully completed by the latter part of 2017. Featuring Colombo luxury apartments, known as The Residences, One Galle Face will also offer modern space for offices, have its own shopping mall and include a host of other highlights such as dining venues, cinemas and supermarkets. Situated in the heart of the city and offering a central location for business and leisure, The Residences will feature 406 luxury units spread across two towers. According to Madhu Rao, who is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Shangri-La Asia Limited, US$ 720 million is set to be invested in total for properties in the country including One Galle Face as well as the Shangri-La Hotel project in the southern city of Hambantota.
