Singapore is well-known for its diverse cuisine in keeping with its multicultural composition of various communities from around the world. The local tourism board has been highlighting this fact as part of its “Made in Singapore” destination promotion campaign, showcasing the country as being a culinary capital with eclectic gastronomic delights in store. While the campaign launched in October 2024, the Singapore Tourism Board has also been collaborating with content creators from key global markets to showcase the nation’s culinary experiences ranging from innovative dishes to authentic hawker fare.
As part of this campaign, from the end of January 2025, a series of videos will be launched on the social media accounts of Visit Singapore putting the local cuisine further in the spotlight. Be it foodies searching for hawker centres, Michelin-starred dining venues or the best hotel restaurant in Singapore, the Lion City has plenty to offer. What’s more, properties like Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore are not only ideal for culinary discoveries but also for attending the upcoming APAC Food & Beverage Expo 2025. This event is set to take place from 13th to 16th March 2025 at the Singapore EXPO and will highlight delectable local and regional dishes.
