Sri Lanka aims to achieve USD 500 mn in tourism revenue through March 2022 – A possible target

Industry representatives of the tourism sector in Sri Lanka have declared that 2022 is going to be a hopeful year as they are sure that they will pass the target of 50,000 arrivals per month. This means that the industry will be able to hit the 500 million US Dollar revenue target by the end of March 2022.

As the on-arrival PCR testing requirement is no longer mandatory, fully vaccinated travelers can now come to Sri Lanka without any obstacles.
