Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to submit a PCR report or rapid antigen before arriving in Sri Lanka, there is no minimum period or quarantine needed, fully vaccinated travelers are allowed to stay at any hotel of choices such as Club Hotel Dolphin or any other Negombo beach hotels without being tested, and children below the age of 12 are exempt from PCR testing. Travel insurance for covid-19 is a must for those traveling to Sri Lanka.
