Sri Lanka’s Tourism Industry is on the Road to Revival

Following the major drawbacks of the economic decline, Sri Lanka’s tourism industry is reviving itself to serve travelers with the highest level of hospitality. Therefore, the pending list of best places to visit in Nuwara Eliya can soon become a reality for international as well as domestic travelers hoping to visit various parts of the country. The first three weeks of September recorded a massive number of over 21,000 tourist arrivals to the country as reported in the Goa Chronicle on the 28th of September 2022, a piece of positive news for hotels like Araliya Green Hills.

The September arrival statistics presented by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) amounted to 21,068, with the first week recording 7,182 arrivals, the second week recording 6,408, and the third week, the highest of all, welcomed 7,478 tourists to the island borders.
