Tanzania National Parks Authority Upgrading Infrastructure – Key Attractions Also Highlighted

Earlier this year, it was brought to light that the Tanzania National Parks Authority is in the process of upgrading its tourist infrastructure. Such initiatives are expected to see an increase in tourists during the next two years; it will also provide visitors with the opportunity to enjoy the best experiences at various national parks and other nature and wildlife-based sites of interest.

In a further boost for tourism in Tanzania, three attractions in the country have been recently named among the “15 best places to visit in Africa in 2023”; this was featured on the IPP Media news website (www.ippmedia.com/en) on 22nd September 2023 which revealed that these sites were the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Serengeti National Park and Zanzibar. Such attractions continue to draw travellers looking to experience tours in Tanzania including luxurious fly-in safaris from the likes of SkySafari; highlights include getting the chance to spot the ‘Big Five’ of wildlife at the Serengeti National Park and exploring the Ngorongoro Crater in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
